Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all purchases from the MARJAN Imports website and to orders placed with us by WhatsApp, phone or email. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

MARJAN Imports is a retail and wholesale business based in Mingora, Swat, Pakistan. You can reach us at info@marjanimports.com or on WhatsApp at +92 340 2406611.

We take care to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and packaging may change from time to time without affecting the product itself.

Handmade products are made individually, so size, colour and finish can vary a little from piece to piece. Beauty and skincare products are for external cosmetic use only — please read the label and do a patch test before first use.

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery is charged separately. The charge depends on your city and parcel size and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Prices and offers may change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
• If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost.

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation with your order number. A contract is formed once your order is dispatched. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm details first.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything already paid — if:

• The item is out of stock or no longer available.
• We cannot confirm the order or delivery address after reasonable attempts.
• There is a pricing or listing error.
• We have reason to suspect fraudulent or unusual activity.

Every order requires a 20% advance payment before dispatch, paid by Easypaisa or bank transfer; our account details are shared on WhatsApp. The balance is paid in cash to the courier when your parcel arrives (Cash on Delivery), or you may pay the full amount in advance. If a parcel is refused at the door without a valid reason, the advance covers the delivery and return costs.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of courier, weather or holiday delays. Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to you once they are delivered. Full details are in our Delivery policy.

You may return eligible unused items within 7 days of delivery. Some items, such as opened beauty products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please read our Returns & exchange policy for the full conditions.

Wholesale prices are available to shops, resellers and businesses. Quantities, prices and payment terms are agreed for each deal on WhatsApp.

The MARJAN Imports name, logo, photography, product descriptions and website design belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, reuse or resell them without our written permission. Wholesale partners may use product images supplied by us to sell our products.

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description and are fit for normal use. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We always aim to resolve any concern directly and quickly — but if a dispute cannot be settled, it will be handled by the courts of Swat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
