Many of our customers prefer WhatsApp, so we use it to confirm orders and advance payments, share tracking details and answer questions. When you message us on WhatsApp, your number and the content of the chat are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

We only message you about your orders or inquiries, or with offers if you have asked to receive them. Reply “STOP” at any time and we will stop sending promotional messages.

We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us serve you:

• Courier and logistics partners — your name, phone number and address, to deliver your parcel.
• Authorities — only where required by the laws of Pakistan.
